What is considered a Pre-Existing Condition?

Generally, a Pre-Existing Condition is any accidental injury or illness for which medical advice, diagnosis, care or treatment has been recently recommended or received before a policy’s effective date. Tin Leg considers travelers to have a pre-existing condition if there have been any changes to their medical history (like those listed above) within 180 days prior to the date they purchase their policy. On Monday, August 18th, 2014, the National Hurricane Center named Tropical Storm Lowell. The storm is the twelfth named storm of the year. Any Tin Leg plans purchased on or after Tuesday, August 19th, 2014, will not cover any losses related to Lowell.
